Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sundance Sales purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for eligible items.

Return Policy Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (due to personal hygiene considerations)
  • Sleepwear (for health and safety reasons)
  • Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken or removed)
  • Personalized items (as these are custom-made specifically for you)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and product details
  2. Wait for authorization – Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  3. Package your item(s) securely including the original packaging and all tags
  4. Ship your return to the address provided in your authorization email

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
