Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Earrings (due to personal hygiene considerations)
- Sleepwear (for health and safety reasons)
- Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken or removed)
- Personalized items (as these are custom-made specifically for you)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for authorization โ Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
- Package your item(s) securely including the original packaging and all tags.
- Ship your return to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
